This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Bonbon Bubbles (the "Game"), how it is used, and your choices. The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13.
1. Information we and our partners collect
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or other directly identifying information. The Game uses third-party services that may collect information automatically:
Advertising (Google AdMob). Device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, device type/OS, approximate location from IP, and ad-interaction data. With your consent, ads may be personalised; otherwise you receive non-personalised ads.
Analytics (Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase). Pseudonymous usage and diagnostic data: app events, session/engagement data, device model, OS version, language, approximate region, and a pseudonymous app-instance identifier.
Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play Billing). The store processes the transaction. We never receive or store your payment card details. We receive purchase confirmation to deliver the item and remember "Remove Ads".
Local game data. Progress, settings, and currency balances are stored on your device.
2. How the information is used
To display and measure advertising.
To deliver and restore in-app purchases.
To analyse and improve gameplay, balance, and stability.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical errors.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (personalised ads and non-essential analytics, via the in-app consent prompt) and our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, basic functionality).
4. Your choices and rights
Ad personalisation: a consent prompt (Google UMP) is shown on first launch; on iOS the system App Tracking Transparency prompt also applies. Change your choice anytime in device settings (limit ad tracking / reset advertising ID).
California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing". We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of personalised ads, decline consent or limit ad tracking on your device.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers above (Google AdMob, Google Firebase, and the app store you purchased through). We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
Local game data remains until you delete the app or clear its data. Analytics and advertising data are retained per the providers' policies and our configured settings.
7. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data transmitted by the Game and its providers is protected in transit using standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
