This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Bulmaca: Pazar Eki ("the App", "we", "us")
handles information. The App is developed by Burak Akbay ("the Developer"). By using the App
you agree to this policy.
The App has no user accounts and asks for no name, email, or sign-in. Your puzzle progress,
settings, and hint allowance are stored only on your device. We use third-party services for
ads, in-app purchases, analytics, and crash reporting; those services collect limited technical
and usage data as described below. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases (GDPR): consent (ads/analytics) and legitimate interest (crash diagnostics, fraud/abuse
prevention), and contract performance (in-app purchases).
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the
equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is shared only with the service providers listed above (Google, Apple) to operate those
features, and may be processed on their servers (including in the United States) under their own
privacy policies and standard contractual safeguards:
On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the App. Third-party services retain data
per their own policies; analytics/crash data is typically retained for a limited period.
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of
your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, or to **request deletion of analytics/ads

advertising identifier in your device settings and uninstall the App to remove on-device data.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be noted in
the App or on the store listing.
