I lost my progress or coins. Your progress is saved on your device. Reinstalling the app or switching devices may not carry it over, since the game is fully offline.
My purchase didn’t go through. Purchases are handled by the App Store. Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. If you were charged but didn’t receive your item, email us with your App Store receipt and we’ll help.
How do I change the language? Open Settings from the main menu. Drink Atelier supports 12 languages.
How do I turn off music or sound? Open Settings from the main menu to toggle music, sound effects, and haptics.
