This Privacy Policy explains how BigCloudGames ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Eye Doctor Simulator 3D (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to the practices described here. The Game is a fictional ophthalmology-clinic management simulation and is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice.

1. Who we are

2. Information we process

We have designed the Game to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not ask you to create an account with us, and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts.

On-device game progress. Your save data (clinic progress, settings, level, in-app purchase entitlements such as "Remove Ads") is stored locally on your device. We do not upload it to our servers.
Display name you type. If you enter a doctor/player name, it is stored on your device and shown on the local leaderboard view. It is not transmitted to us.
Leaderboards (optional). If you are signed in to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your platform alias and your prestige score may be submitted to that platform's leaderboard so you can compare ranks with other players. This is handled by Apple/Google under their own privacy policies; we receive only the public aliases and scores the platform returns for display.
Advertising (optional, opt-in). The Game shows ads only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers and similar data. See "Advertising" below.
In-app purchases. Purchases (e.g. the one-time "Remove Ads / Supporter" item) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details; we receive only a confirmation that a purchase succeeded.
Crash / diagnostic data. The platform (Apple/Google) may share aggregate, anonymized crash and performance statistics with us if you have enabled sharing in your device settings.

3. How we use information

To run the Game and save your progress on your device.
To show leaderboards and your rank, if you opt in to platform sign-in.
To show optional rewarded ads and grant the in-game reward, and to support the "Remove Ads" purchase.
To diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and the Game contains no pay-to-win mechanics — purchases and ads only affect convenience, never competitive standing.

4. Advertising and your choices

Ads are opt-in: you only see a rewarded ad after tapping to watch one. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Depending on your region and consent, ads may be personalized using advertising identifiers.

iOS — App Tracking Transparency. If personalized ads are used, iOS will ask for your permission (the "Allow Tracking" prompt). You can decline, and you can change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
EEA / UK. Where required, you will be shown a consent choice (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served.
Android. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads.

Google's handling of ad data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

5. Children

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will address it.

6. Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Game: Apple (App Store, Game Center), Google (Google Play, Play Games, AdMob). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties for their own marketing.

7. Data retention & deletion

Game progress lives on your device; deleting the Game removes it. Leaderboard entries are managed by Apple/Google — you can manage or remove them through your Game Center / Play Games account. For any request regarding data we control, email us at burak.akbay@hotmail.com.

8. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA-CPRA / KVKK)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we store game data on your device and do not maintain accounts, the most direct way to exercise deletion is to uninstall the Game and manage platform leaderboard data with Apple/Google. California residents have the right to know and to opt out of "sale/share" of personal information — we do not sell personal information. 9. Security

Save data is stored locally with integrity protection. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-Game notice.
