Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Big Cloud Games ("we", "us", "our") handles information collected through the mobile application Hospital Security ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

The App is an offline, single-player game designed to collect as little personal information as possible. We collect:

• Local progress data (hospital reputation, current shift and progression, perks, scores, achievements, local leaderboard entries, daily-challenge results, and your settings and language preference). This is stored only on your device.
• Advertising identifiers via Google AdMob, only if you grant permission through your device's privacy controls (iOS App Tracking Transparency / Android Advertising ID). These are used by AdMob to serve relevant ads.
• Purchase records for the optional one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see your payment details.
• Crash diagnostics via the platform crash reporters (Apple, Google). These contain technical data only.

To protect your saved progress from tampering, the App derives an on-device identifier and uses it to cryptographically sign your local save data. This signature stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or camera images. The App does not use a third-party analytics SDK. It requests no permissions beyond what the operating system requires for ads.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Ads appear as optional rewarded ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit) and as occasional interstitial ads between shifts. AdMob may collect and use data to personalize ads in line with its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

If you are in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or a covered US state, the App presents a consent dialog (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before requesting ads, allowing you to choose whether AdMob may serve personalized ads.

Players who purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade do not see ads, and no advertising identifiers are read for those players.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a teen and older audience (approximately 12+) due to mild thematic content, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where applicable, the advertising consent flow defaults to non-personalized ads.

5. Data Retention

Local progress data lives on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data through your device. We do not hold this data on our servers. Crash diagnostics are retained by the respective platform providers per their policies.

6. Your Rights

• Opt out of ad tracking (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Opt out of ad tracking (Android): Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
• Withdraw ad consent: in covered regions you can reset your choices through your device's Google ad settings; the in-app consent prompt appears again on reinstall.
• Remove local data: uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings.
• Data requests: email support@bigcloudgames.com.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
