Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BigCloudGames ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Seat the Drama (the "App") on iOS or Android.

1. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect personally identifiable information (no name, email, phone, address, or account is required). The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect data as described below:

Google AdMob (advertising) — collects your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), ad interactions, approximate device information, and basic diagnostics in order to display and measure advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Apple In-App Purchases / Google Play Billing — when you make a one-time Premium purchase, your store handles the transaction. We receive only a transaction receipt confirming a successful purchase; we do not receive your name, address, or payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Unity Crash & Performance Reporting (anonymous) — collects anonymized diagnostic data (crash stack traces, frame-rate samples) used to improve stability. No personal data is included.

Game progress (level stars, hint tokens, settings, premium status) is stored only on your device in encrypted form. We do not operate any servers and we never receive your save data.

2. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App may request your permission to track activity via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Declining is fully supported — the App will continue to function and will serve non-personalized ads.

3. How We Use Information

To display third-party ads (rewarded ads for in-game hints, occasional interstitials).
To process Premium purchases and unlock content on your device.
To diagnose crashes and improve performance.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share information beyond the third-party SDKs listed above (Google AdMob, Apple/Google IAP, Unity). Each of those parties processes data under their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

5. Children's Privacy

Seat the Drama is rated 4+ but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through us, please contact us and we will remove it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g. EU/EEA under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Data Retention

Because we do not operate servers, we retain no user data ourselves. Data held by third-party SDKs (AdMob, Apple, Google, Unity) is retained per their respective policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
