These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eye Doctor Simulator 3D (the "Game"), provided by BigCloudGames ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. The Game is entertainment, not medical advice

The Game is a fictional simulation for entertainment. Diagnoses, treatments, tests, and outcomes in the Game are simplified and dramatized and do not represent real medical guidance. Never rely on the Game for any health decision. Always consult a qualified professional for real eye-care concerns.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple App Store / Google Play terms that also apply.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game except as permitted by law; cheat, exploit, or manipulate scores, leaderboards, or in-app purchases; use bots or unauthorized tools; or use the Game in any unlawful way.

4. Purchases, ads, and virtual items

• In-app purchases. The Game offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads / Supporter" purchase. Purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; their terms and refund policies apply. We do not process or store your payment details.
• Rewarded ads. Ads are optional and opt-in; you may choose to watch a rewarded ad for an in-game benefit. Removing ads via purchase does not change gameplay balance.
• Virtual items / currency have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed, not sold. The Game contains no pay-to-win mechanics: neither purchases nor ads affect competitive standing (prestige / leaderboard rank).
• Restore. The "Remove Ads" entitlement can be restored through your store account.

5. Leaderboards

If you use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, you agree to those platforms' terms. We may remove entries that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features such as leaderboards.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigCloudGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
