These Terms govern your use of the mobile application Hospital Security ("the App"), published by Big Cloud Games ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment use.

The App offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" upgrade via the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds are handled by the platform, not by us. All sales are subject to the store's own refund policy.
Local progress and the "Remove Ads" entitlement are tied to your device. The entitlement can be restored on a new install via your platform account (Apple ID / Google account).
The App is supported by ads served via Google AdMob. Watching rewarded ads (for example, to keep your job, reroll a perk, or get a hint) is optional, and short interstitial ads may appear between shifts. See our Privacy Policy for advertising data handling.
We provide the App "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or related to your use of the App is limited to the amount you have paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance.
