Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Necklace Shop ("the app", "we", "us"), developed by Burak Akbay, handles information when you play. We built the game to be cozy and respectful of your privacy. In short: we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts.

1. Information we do not collect

• No sign-up, login, or account is required to play.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
• Your game progress (levels, coins, designs, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to us.

2. Information collected by third-party services

The app uses a small number of trusted third-party services to show ads and to process optional purchases. These partners may collect certain information as described below.

Advertising — Google AdMob

The app shows advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process:

• Identifiers device advertising identifiers (e.g. Apple's IDFA when you allow tracking) and app instance identifiers;
• Usage & Diagnostics device type, OS version, approximate (coarse) region, and ad-interaction data used for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement.

On iOS, before any tracking identifier is used for personalized advertising, the app presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline; the game remains fully playable and you will still see (non-personalized) ads. You can review or reset your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.

Purchases — Apple App Store

Optional in-app purchases (coin packs and an ad-free supporter pack) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. Purchase validation is handled through Apple's receipt system. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. How the information is used

• To display and measure advertisements, and to limit how often you see them;
• To prevent fraud and keep the ad experience safe;
• To complete and restore optional purchases you choose to make.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build a marketing profile of you ourselves.

4. Children's privacy

The Necklace Shop is a family-friendly game rated for ages 4+. It is not directed at children under the age required by your local law for data processing, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app displays general-audience advertising. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will help.

5. Your choices & rights

• Ads: decline tracking at the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or purchase the ad-free supporter pack to remove ads.
• Reset local data: deleting the app removes all game data stored on your device.
• Access/erasure: because we do not hold personal data on our servers, requests about ad data should be directed to the relevant partner above; you may also email us and we will assist.

6. Data retention & security

Game data lives on your device for as long as the app is installed. Data handled by Apple and Google is retained according to their own policies. We take reasonable measures to keep the app secure, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
