How do I earn stars?

Complete a level on your first valid try for 3 stars. Each retry reduces the star count.

How does the hint system work?

You start with 3 free hint tokens. You can earn more by watching a rewarded ad (up to 3 per day) or by purchasing Premium (which grants +1 token every day).

What is Agent Premium?

A one-time $9.99 in-app purchase that:

Removes all forced ads
Unlocks every level and world immediately
Grants +1 free hint token every day

I purchased Premium but it isn’t showing up

Open the in-game Settings menu and tap Restore Purchases. If Premium still doesn’t appear, please email us with the date and approximate time of purchase and we will resolve it within 1–2 business days.

How do I recover my game progress on a new device?

Premium is restored automatically via your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) on a fresh install — use the Restore Purchases button in Settings. Level progress (stars, hint tokens) is stored on the device; for a full transfer we recommend enabling your device’s cloud backup (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google Drive on Android).

How do I report a bug?

Device model + OS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17.4)
What you were doing when the issue occurred
A screenshot or short screen recording if possible
